Competition in Memory of Prof. Janusz W. Elsner for the best scientific work in fluid mechanics

Authors, up to 35 years of age, either M.Sc. or recent Ph.D. graduates who have defended their Ph.D. thesis not earlier than 2 years before the date of the paper submission are invited to compete in the prestigious Elsner Competition. 

Papers

Authors of the abstracts can publish the full paper in IOP Journal of Physics: Conference Series. The submitted manuscripts will be peer-reviewed.

Journal of Physics: Conference Series

The submitted manuscripts will be peer-reviewed according to Journal of Physics: Conference Series Peer Review Policy by referees chosen by the members of the Editorial Board of the volume.

Manuscripts should be prepared in accordance with the JP:CS template: https://publishingsupport.iopscience.iop.org/author-guidelines-for-conference-proceedings/
The paper should be between 6 to 8 pages. The submission deadline is May 24, 2024.

Outstanding papers presented at FMC 2024 are being planned for publication in the following journals.

The organizers of FMC 2024 are pleased to announce that a number of prestigious journals relevant to Fluid Mechanics have been selected for publication of a number of outstanding papers related to topics presented during the conference. Contributing authors will have a chance to indicate their interest and preference for these opportunities upon acceptance for the FMC 2024. A limited number of papers will be selected for publication on the basis of quality.
